RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Word & Wick Co., each product is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist if needed.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.


REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank
